The Volt Safety Arc Flash Switching Coat Kit combines essential arc flash clothing and safety equipment into one convenient PPE package for electrical work in HRC2 environments up to 12 cal/cm². Supplied with a 5XL switching coat, the kit helps operators prepare efficiently while keeping the required arc flash PPE together in a heavy-duty waterproof bag. The kit includes a Sherwood Proban 12 cal/cm² switching coat and leggings, BSD EgoS 2 Plus 12 cal/cm² arc flash face shield, BSD 18 cal/cm² arc flash gloves, Voss electrician’s helmet, Sherwood Nomex IIIA double-layer balaclava and PPE bag.

Complete Switching PPE in One Kit

Designed for practical electrical work, the switching coat allows quick donning to support efficient work practices where appropriate arc flash PPE is required. The included face shield is supplied with its own protective bag, helping keep the shield protected between uses. The kit also includes Class 0 1000V Size 11 insulated gloves, providing a practical option for electrical work where insulated gloves are required. Other glove sizes and coat sizes can be requested, although non-standard options may involve additional lead times.
