The Volt Safety Arc Flash Switching Coat Kit provides a practical PPE package for electrical work where arc flash protection is required. Supplied in a 2XL coat size, the kit combines protective clothing and safety equipment to help operators prepare for HRC2 work environments up to 12cal/cm².

The kit includes a Sherwood Proban 12cal/cm² switching coat and leggings, providing the core protective clothing required for the application. The switching coat is designed for quick donning, helping support efficient work practices when suitable arc flash PPE needs to be put on before electrical tasks.

Complete PPE Kit for Electrical Work

Along with the protective clothing, the kit includes an arc flash face shield, electrician’s helmet, arc flash gloves and a double-layer Nomex IIIA balaclava. The BSD EgoS 2 Plus face shield is rated to HRC2 12cal/cm², while the supplied BSD gloves provide 18cal/cm² arc flash protection and Class 0 insulation up to 1000V.

The face shield is supplied with its own protective bag, helping protect the equipment between uses. Together, the components provide a convenient PPE solution for electricians and maintenance personnel working in environments where arc flash hazards must be considered.

Convenient Storage and Ready-to-Use Protection
