The Volt Safety ARC-KIT2-102R is a complete HRC2 arc flash PPE kit designed for electrical work in environments requiring protection up to 8.6 cal/cm². The kit combines essential protective equipment into one convenient package, helping electrical professionals prepare for arc flash hazards without sourcing individual PPE components separately.

The XL 102R kit includes an arc-rated coverall, protective face shield, balaclava, Class 0 insulated gloves and supporting PPE accessories. Each component is selected to provide a practical protective solution for electricians and maintenance personnel working around electrical equipment where arc flash hazards need to be considered.

Arc-Rated PPE for Electrical Work

The kit includes a Bool Parvotex coverall rated to HRC2 at 8.6 cal/cm², paired with a 10.7 cal/cm² face shield. The face shield is supplied with a Voss electrician’s helmet, while the balaclava provides additional head and face coverage as part of the complete PPE setup. The insulated glove kit is Class 0 and supplied in size 11, with inner and outer gloves included. This provides a convenient glove system for electrical work where appropriate insulated hand protection is required.

Supplied as a Ready-to-Use PPE Kit

All components are supplied together in a heavy-duty waterproof PPE bag, helping keep the equipment organised and protected between jobs. The hood is also supplied with a protective bag. The ARC-KIT2-102R is the XL configuration, with other coverall sizes available on request. Non-standard options may be subject to lead times.
