Complete Arc Flash PPE Kit for HRC2 Work
The Volt Safety Arc Flash Kit HRC2 8.6cal/cm² Size 117R 4XL provides a complete selection of protective equipment for electrical work requiring HRC2 arc flash PPE. The kit combines an arc-rated coverall, face shield, balaclava, insulated gloves, electrician’s helmet and PPE storage bag into one convenient package.
The included Bool Parvotex coverall is rated to 8.6cal/cm² and supplied in size 117R, making this kit suitable for workers requiring a 4XL coverall size. The face shield is rated to 10.7cal/cm² and is supplied with a protective bag for additional protection during storage and transport.
Specified Protection for Electrical Work
The kit includes Class 0 insulated gloves in size 11, providing insulation rated for up to 1000V. A balaclava and electrician’s helmet are also included to complement the face shield and coverall as part of the overall PPE setup.
The supplied components are specified against recognised electrical safety standards, including ASTM F2178 for the face shield, ASTM F1506 for the coverall and IEC 60903 for the insulated gloves. The kit is also listed for use in accordance with NFPA 70E and AS 4836 requirements.
