The Sherwood Nomex Arc Flash Vented Kit provides a complete PPE solution for electrical work in high-risk arc flash environments up to 43 cal/cm². Designed for HRC4 applications, the kit combines protective clothing, hand protection, head protection and storage in one convenient package.
The kit uses quality materials from DuPont Nomex and Paulson USA, providing a practical option for electricians and maintenance professionals who require high-level arc flash protection. The included vented hood is designed to promote cooling and help minimise fogging during work.
Vented Hood for Improved Comfort
The included vented hood is designed to provide the required protection while improving wearer comfort in demanding electrical environments. Ventilation can help reduce heat build-up, while the anti-fogging effect supports clearer visibility when working in challenging conditions.
The kit also accommodates alternative hood configurations, including standard and lift-up options, subject to availability. Other sizes and non-standard configurations can be requested, although additional lead times may apply.
Complete Kit for Electrical Safety
The Size L kit includes a 43 cal/cm² HRC4 Nomex hood, jacket, bib trousers and arc flash gloves, together with an MSA V-Gard 500 hard hat. Everything is supplied in a heavy-duty waterproof PPE bag, helping keep the protective equipment together and protected between jobs.
