The kit includes a Sherwood Proban 12cal/cm² switching coat in Medium, matching 12cal/cm² leggings, an arc flash face shield, 18cal/cm² arc flash gloves, an electrician’s helmet, a Nomex IIIA double-layer balaclava and a heavy-duty waterproof PPE bag. Bringing these components together helps operators keep essential arc flash PPE organised and accessible for electrical switching and maintenance activities.
Quick-Donning Switching Coat
The Sherwood Proban switching coat is designed for quick donning, supporting efficient preparation when suitable PPE is required before working in an arc flash environment. The coat and leggings are specified for HRC2 12cal/cm² applications, while the face shield provides ASTM F2178 HRC2 12cal/cm² protection. The supplied Class 0 insulated gloves are rated to 1000V and are provided in Size 11.
