The BSD ARC-FS 2PLUS+H Arc Flash Face Shield and Helmet provides integrated head and face protection for electrical workers operating in low-risk arc flash situations. Rated HRC2 at 12 cal/cm², the system combines a protective face shield with a durable polyethylene helmet for practical jobsite protection.

The face shield features medium impact protection to help guard against impact hazards during an arc flash incident. Its clear/light smoke tint is designed to maintain true colour retention, while UV breakdown resistance supports durability during regular trade use. A tough chin guard adds additional coverage and protection around the lower face.

Comfortable and Adjustable Helmet Design

The included helmet uses a six-point webbed harness and a ratchet adjuster, allowing tradespeople to achieve a secure and comfortable fit. Its 51–64 cm adjustment range accommodates a broad range of head sizes. Constructed from durable polyethylene (PE), the helmet provides a practical foundation for the integrated arc flash protection system.
