Major Tech 500/1kV/2.5kV/5kV Digital Insulation Tester MT570

Description

The MT570 is a CAT IV 600V Digital High Voltage Tester with measurements from 500V DC to 5000V DC, and will automatically discharge the circuit after the test has been completed. Using the rotary selector switch, 4 preset ranges of 500V, 1000V, 2500V and 5000V can be selected, with an insulation resistance up to 1T?. The microprocessor controlled MT570 has the capabilities of being a diagnostic tool and is intended for testing insulation on Rotating Machines, Transformers, Cables, High Voltage Generators, Electric Circuits and Surge Arrestors as the short circuit current output is up to 5mA. 200 test measurement results can be saved in the memory of the meter and recalled onto the LCD display. The large intelligent LCD display consists of 2 lines x 16 characters, indicating the reading of insulation, measuring time, output voltage and output current. The MT570 can measure AC and DC voltage up to 600V and is housed in a robust case ideal for extended field use, powered by 8 pieces ?C? 1.5V batteries.
