HRC2 Protection for Electrical Work
The Bool Softshell Jacket is designed for workers operating in HRC2 environments with protection up to 17.4 cal/cm². The jacket combines inherent flame-retardant materials with practical cold-weather insulation, making it suitable for electrical, maintenance and industrial work where protection and visibility are essential.
Its 360gsm three-layer softshell construction combines an inherent FR polyester outer fabric with breathable FR PU and an inherent FR fleece layer. Flame-retardant thread is used throughout the seams, while Nomex FR zippers provide additional protection across key fastening points.
High Visibility and Movement Awareness
Designed for demanding work environments, the Yellow/Navy jacket incorporates segmented FR heat-applied reflective tape for enhanced visibility. The ‘H-front’ and back tape configuration provides clear visual identification, while the biomotion sleeve tape arrangement helps make arm and limb movements more noticeable when working around vehicles, equipment and other personnel. The anti-static fabric is designed to dissipate electrostatic charge across its surface in accordance with EN1149-3, helping reduce the risk associated with electrostatic conductivity.
