HRC2 Flame Retardant Protection for Trade Work
The Bool Softshell Jacket provides HRC2 protection for work environments requiring protection up to 17.4 cal/cm². Designed for tradespeople working in demanding electrical and industrial conditions, it combines inherent flame-resistant materials with a warm, insulated construction for improved comfort during colder conditions.
The 360gsm three-layer softshell construction combines an FR inherent polyester outer shell with breathable FR PU and an inherent FR fleece inner layer. Flame-retardant thread is also used in the seams. The jacket’s anti-static fabric helps dissipate electrostatic charge from the surface in accordance with EN 1149-3.
Hi-Vis Design for Day and Night Visibility
Designed for visibility during active work, the jacket uses segmented FR heat-applied reflective tape in an H-front and back configuration. Biomotion sleeve tape helps enhance the visibility of the wearer’s limbs during movement, supporting greater visibility around active worksites. The Orange/Navy colour combination provides a practical hi-vis appearance for electrical, construction, maintenance and industrial applications. The jacket is also available in Yellow/Navy, providing an alternative colour configuration to suit workplace requirements.
