Arc Flash Protection for HRC2 Environments
The Bool Arc Flash Yellow/Navy D/N Coverall is designed for workers operating in HRC2 environments requiring arc flash protection up to 8.6 cal/cm². It combines inherent flame-resistant Parvotex FR fabric with practical workwear features to support protection, visibility and everyday usability.
The fabric blend contains 50% Modacrylic, 32% Cotton, 9% Polyamide and 8% Polyarylate. Its 32% cotton content provides breathability, while the inherent FR construction provides flame-resistant protection throughout the fabric.
Practical Design for Electrical Work
Designed with the demands of electrical and maintenance work in mind, the coverall includes two front pockets, with one incorporating a pen partition for convenient tool and stationery storage. Concealed nylon studs and a two-way zipper provide a practical front closure.
Two-way radio loops on the shoulders provide a dedicated attachment point for communication equipment, making the coverall suitable for work environments where reliable communication is important. The anti-static fabric is designed to dissipate electrostatic charge from its surface in accordance with EN 1149-3, helping reduce the risk associated with electrostatic charge during suitable work activities.
Visibility and Recognised Safety Standards
The yellow and navy colour combination is complemented by a double hoop tape configuration and silver reflective tape to improve wearer visibility in low-light conditions. The coverall also provides 50+ UPF protection. The garment is specified to AS/NZS 1906.4:2010 Class NF and Class R, AS/NZS 4602.1:2011, NFPA 70E and AS 4836. Other sizes are available on request, although non-standard options may involve additional lead times.
