The Volt Safety MAT-0 Insulated Mat Class 0 1000V provides an insulating layer between the operator and ground to help protect workers from ground potential during electrical work. Designed for professional environments, this electrical insulated mat is manufactured from flexible EPDM rubber and features an anti-slip finish on both sides for practical workplace use.

With a Class 0 rating and 1000V specification, the mat is manufactured to AS/NZS IEC 61111 and IEC 61111 requirements. Its 2.2mm thickness provides a practical insulating surface while maintaining flexibility for handling, positioning, and storage. The grey finish provides a neutral appearance suitable for electrical work areas.

Flexible EPDM Construction and Anti-Slip Surface

The MAT-0 uses EPDM rubber designed to maintain flexibility while providing protection against ozone cracking. The material is also resistant to extremely low temperatures, making it suitable for applications where environmental conditions may vary.

An anti-slip finish is incorporated on both sides of the mat to help provide secure positioning during use. The standard 1m x 1m format offers a convenient work surface, while custom sizing up to 1m x 10m is available on request for applications requiring greater coverage.
