The ArcPlus Ultralight Arc Flash Kit is designed for electrical professionals who need high-level protection without the excessive weight and restriction associated with traditional arc flash switching suits. Rated HRC4 at 50 cal/cm², this kit provides comprehensive protection for demanding electrical switching and maintenance environments.
Based on Gore Pyrad technology, the single-layer fabric construction combines arc flash protection with a lightweight, breathable design. At 315 gsm, the material is engineered to reduce bulk while supporting freedom of movement during electrical work. The orange and navy colour combination provides a practical, high-visibility appearance for professional job sites.
Lift-Up Hood for Better Communication
The integrated lift-up hood is designed to provide a less restrictive experience than conventional enclosed arc flash hoods. Its anti-claustrophobic design makes it easier to communicate with colleagues when appropriate while keeping the protective hood readily available when required.
The complete kit includes an arc flash jacket and trousers, providing coverage across the body, along with protective dielectric eyewear. The hood is supplied with a dedicated calico bag, while the complete kit comes in a large high-visibility storage bag to help protect and organise the equipment between uses.
