The CABAC BL95-10 Bi-Metal Lug is engineered for reliable termination of 95mm² stranded sector and circular stranded aluminium conductors to copper busbars or equipment. Manufactured using 99.6% pure aluminium and 99.9% pure copper, the lug is friction welded to create a strong, electrically sound bond between the two metals.

This high-integrity connection helps prevent electrolysis while maintaining consistent conductivity in demanding electrical installations. The aluminium barrel is chemically treated to reduce contact resistance and corrosion, helping ensure a stable connection over the life of the installation. Pre-filled jointing compound breaks through aluminium oxide layers and improves contact between conductor strands during crimping, helping electricians achieve a secure termination with reliable current transfer.
