Manufactured using 99.6% pure aluminium for the barrel and 99.9% pure copper for the palm, this lug ensures strong conductivity and efficient current transfer in high-load circuits. The aluminium barrel is pre-filled with jointing compound, designed to break down oxide layers on aluminium conductors during crimping. This improves electrical contact and reduces resistance, helping maintain stable performance across distribution systems and industrial installations.

Using the recommended method—crimping from the palm end first—the compound is forced through the conductor strands, ensuring a secure mechanical and electrical connection that performs reliably under load.

Friction-Welded Strength for Long-Term Reliability
