Product Description
The MAXIbrass range of metal cable glands are designed for control panels and engineering applications in hazardous areas. The product prevents the entry of gas or combustible dust into equipment enclosures.
The body is comprised of nickel plated brass, a material preferred because of its anti-corrosive properties. Also included is a PA6.6 polyamide cable grip insert, neoprene sealing ring and a factory fitted nitrile O-ring.
When fitting MAXIbrass glands it is important to only use suitable tools and apply the recommended torque to ensure the degree of protection is maintained. Refer to the product data sheet for more information.
