The Fantech TFA203E Tile Axial Fan is designed to simplify the installation of roof ventilation fans on tiled roofs. Its tile-mounted design is suited to Boral and Monier concrete roof tiles, allowing the fan unit to occupy the position of a removed tile rather than requiring a separate roof-mounted structure.

With a 200mm fan size and axial airflow design, the TFA203E provides a practical ventilation solution for applications where exhaust air needs to be discharged through a tiled roof. The unit can accommodate free or ducted intake installations, with a ducted inlet spigot available separately as an optional accessory.

Durable Construction for Roof Applications

The fan’s cowl, base and inlet spigot are manufactured from UV-stabilised plastic to help withstand exposure in an outdoor roof environment. Steel components feature a corrosion-resistant coating for added durability.

The TFA203E uses an external rotor, squirrel cage induction motor with sealed-for-life ball bearings. It operates from a 220–240V single-phase, 50Hz/60Hz power supply. Auto-reset thermal contacts are included as standard to provide internal motor thermal protection.

The unit can be installed at angles of up to 30°, providing greater flexibility when working with pitched tiled roofs and different roof configurations.
