Description

The Gamma Series of centrifugal roof units is designed for commercial ducted exhaust applications. These compact, low-profile units feature bird mesh to prevent birds and vermin from entering the ducting or building. Available in 12 sizes, ranging from 192mm to 710mm in diameter, they are well-suited for various exhaust needs.

Optional twin vertical discharge fan for 100% standby capacity.
Shutters come standard on twin fan units; available as an option for single fan units. (Note: Pressure loss across the shutter should be considered when selecting system pressure.)
Can be mounted at an angle of up to 30°.
Most 3-phase motors feature a 2-speed star/delta design.
Supply air units are available.
Construction:

Cowls made from UV-stabilised plastic.
Impellers are backward-curved and made from plastic, steel, or aluminium.
Steel components feature a corrosion-resistant finish.
Bird-mesh guards are standard for both downflow and vertical exhaust models.
Motors:

External rotor, squirrel cage induction motor.
Power supply: 230V single-phase and 415V three-phase, 50Hz.
Sealed-for-life ball bearings.
Speed-controllable with electronic or auto-transformer controllers (except CE316).
Most three-phase models have 2-speed star/delta motors.
Internal Thermal Protection:

Thermal protection is included as standard on all motors.
Testing:

Airflow tested to ISO5801:2007 standards.
Noise tests conducted per BS848: Part 2, 1985.
