Description
BAL-40 Bushfire Protection and Reliable Construction
The ECE154-BFC is specifically designed and tested for exhaust air use in areas exposed to bushfire conditions. Its bronze mesh provides ember protection with a maximum 2mm aperture, helping support the required BAL-40 application. Galvanized steel cowls provide a sturdy construction, while the downflow discharge design directs exhausted air through the roof system.
Efficient Centrifugal Ventilation
A backward-curved centrifugal impeller delivers high-efficiency, low-noise operation. The external rotor, squirrel cage induction motor operates from a 230V single-phase, 50/60Hz supply and incorporates sealed-for-life ball bearings. The fan also supports speed adjustment through an electronic controller, allowing ventilation performance to be adjusted to suit the installation.
Practical Installation for Trade Projects
The Ezifit roof series is designed to simplify roof-mounted exhaust ventilation while providing a durable solution for demanding environments. The included 3-pin plug and lead provide convenient electrical connection, while the fan can be mounted at angles up to 30°.
