Description
The Ezifit Roof Series, compliant with BAL-40 bushfire codes, is designed and tested for ventilation in areas at risk of bushfires.
Features:
Construction: Made with galvanised steel cowls.
Ember Protection: Fitted with bronze mesh with a maximum aperture of 2mm.
Special Note: For buildings in bushfire-prone areas, AS3959:2009, clause 6.6.5(b) specifies that openings in vented roof lights, roof ventilators, or vent pipes must be equipped with ember guards. These guards should be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as steel, bronze, or aluminium, with a mesh or perforated sheet having a maximum aperture of 2mm.
