Designed specifically for solid sector 3-core aluminium cables dimensioned to BS3988-1970, this aluminium sector lug provides a secure mechanical and electrical connection. The chemically treated surface helps reduce contact resistance while improving corrosion resistance, making it suitable for challenging operating environments.

Each lug is supplied with jointing compound inside the barrel and sealed with a protective cap to minimise oxidation before installation. The lug is also individually packaged to help maintain product integrity until use.

Built for Professional Electrical Installations

The ALS120/3-12 is compatible with standard Australian crimp tooling using common nest and indent dies, allowing electricians to achieve consistent, high-quality terminations. Installation requires three indent crimps, beginning at the position marked “1”, ensuring proper compression and reliable electrical performance.
