Manufactured from solid 99.6% pure electrical grade aluminium rod, the fully annealed barrel provides excellent ductility, making crimping easier and more reliable on site. The unique funnel entry allows faster, cleaner insertion of stranded conductors, reducing handling time and helping keep jobs moving without rework.

Engineered for long-term electrical reliability, this barrier-type aluminium link uses a forged manufacturing process that removes internal imperfections in the metal structure, minimising the risk of hot joints over time. Chemically treated barrels reduce contact resistance, while factory-filled jointing compound and capping support dependable conductivity once crimped correctly.
