Manufactured from solid 99.6% pure electrical-grade aluminium using a forging process, this lug delivers superior electrical continuity compared to cast alternatives. The forged construction eliminates internal imperfections, helping prevent hot joints and reducing the risk of future call-backs.
A unique funnel entry allows quick, clean cable insertion on-site, while the fully annealed aluminium barrel ensures strong, uniform crimping with standard hexagonal dies—saving time without compromising joint quality.
