Description
Organised Lockout Equipment in One Station
The station measures 410mm wide, 315mm high and 65mm deep, providing a compact storage solution for essential lockout equipment. Its durable polycarbonate construction helps protect the kit contents, while the yellow finish provides clear visibility in workplace environments. The included lid helps contain and protect the equipment when it is not being used.
Four red safety padlocks with 38mm steel shanks are keyed differently, allowing each lock to be opened only with its unique key. The station itself can also be secured with a padlock to help restrict access to authorised employees.
Complete Kit for Workplace Lockout Procedures
The kit includes two aluminium six-hole lockout hasps with different jaw sizes, five Out of Service tags, five Danger Do Not Operate tags, a UV-resistant marker and 10 cable ties. This combination provides a practical starting point for lockout/tagout applications while keeping frequently required accessories together and easy to locate.
The station complies with AS 4836 and AS 4024.1603, supporting use in workplaces that require appropriate lockout and safety procedures.
