The Volt Safety Wall Mounted High Voltage Rescue Kit Class 2 17kV provides a dedicated rescue solution for workplaces where high-voltage switchboards are present. Designed for wall mounting near the switchboard, the kit keeps essential rescue and first-aid equipment accessible to the safety observer during an emergency.

The durable, heavy-duty box measures 37cm wide x 45cm high x 21cm deep and features a bright colour for improved visibility, including in darker environments. Internal straps help keep the contents organised, while four strong mounting bolts provide a secure installation point. The included insulated gloves are supplied in Size 11 and are stamped “RESCUE USE ONLY” to clearly identify them for emergency rescue purposes.

Class 2 Protection and Essential Equipment

Rated for Class 2 applications up to 17kV, this high voltage rescue kit contains equipment intended to support emergency response around electrical switchboards. The kit includes insulated LV and HV hooks, allowing rescue equipment to be readily available at the point of need.

Additional emergency equipment includes a fire blanket, trauma and burns dressings, burns gel, thermal blanket, resuscitation mask, water bucket, non-conductive torch, first-aid reference booklet and an “Isolate Here in Emergency” sign. The HV hook is attached to the outside of the box for quick access when required.
