Manufactured by Sherwood using quality materials from DuPont Nomex and Paulson USA, the kit includes a Lift Up hood, jacket, bib trouser, arc flash gloves, MSA V-Gard 500 hard hat and a heavy-duty waterproof PPE bag. This provides a practical, ready-to-use setup for electrical and maintenance work where arc flash protection is required.
Lift Up Hood for Practical Jobsite Use
The Lift Up hood provides an alternative to a standard fixed hood design, helping reduce the restrictive feeling associated with enclosed arc flash head protection. The lift-up design allows users to communicate more easily with colleagues while maintaining the hood as part of the protective setup. The kit is also available with standard and vented hood configurations on request. The vented option is designed to provide cooling and an anti-fogging effect, while the supplied hood includes a protective bag for storage and transport.
