Description
HRC2 Flame-Retardant Softshell Construction
The Bool Softshell Jacket is designed for work environments requiring HRC2 protection up to 17.4 cal/cm² while providing warmth and visibility in cold conditions. Its 360gsm three-layer softshell construction combines an inherent FR polyester outer shell with breathable FR PU and an inherent FR fleece inner layer.
The garment uses flame-retardant thread throughout the seams, helping maintain the FR construction across the jacket. Its insulated design provides protection against cold conditions, making it suitable for outdoor and winter work where warmth, visibility and workwear performance are important.
Hi-Vis Visibility and Practical Workwear Features
The Yellow/Navy colour combination is complemented by segmented FR heat-applied reflective tape. An ‘H-front’ and back tape configuration provides high-visibility coverage, while the biomotion sleeve tape configuration helps make arm and limb movement more visible. The jacket also incorporates practical features for electrical and maintenance professionals, including a radio loop on the right-hand chest for convenient equipment access. Nomex FR zippers are used as part of the garment construction.
