HRC2 Arc Flash Protection
The Bool Parvotex Arc Flash Coverall is designed for electrical work environments requiring HRC2 protection up to 8.6 cal/cm². The coverall combines inherent flame-resistant Parvotex FR fabric with practical features suited to electrical contractors, maintenance personnel and other trade professionals working around potential arc flash hazards. The 117R / 4XL size provides a larger fit while maintaining the garment’s protective and high-visibility features. Other sizes are available on request, subject to applicable lead times.
Breathable Parvotex FR Fabric
The coverall is manufactured from a Parvotex FR fabric blend containing 50% Modacrylic, 32% Cotton, 9% Polyamide and 8% Polyarylate. The cotton content helps provide breathability and wearer comfort, while the inherent FR construction provides protection without relying solely on a surface-applied flame-retardant treatment. An anti-static fabric construction helps dissipate electrostatic charge from the garment surface in accordance with EN 1149-3, helping reduce the risk associated with electrostatic conductivity.
High-Visibility Design for Trade Work
The orange colour and silver reflective tape provide enhanced visibility where workers need to remain noticeable in low-light or busy work areas. Double hoop tape further supports the garment’s high-visibility design.
The two-way zipper, concealed studs, front storage pockets and shoulder-mounted radio loops provide practical functionality for electricians and maintenance professionals who need their protective clothing to support everyday site work.
