Three-Speed Ventilation Performance

The TD-2000/315 3V uses a motor with three separate windings, providing low, medium and high speed settings for adaptable airflow control. Speed selection can be managed in three stages using compatible COM 3 or Inter 4P controllers. Alternative control options include REB continuous voltage control and REV five-stage control.

The diagonal impeller design supports efficient air movement through circular duct systems, while the aluminium impeller provides a durable construction suited to regular ventilation applications. The fan can be installed horizontally or vertically and mounted in different orientations to accommodate varying project requirements.

Durable Construction and Serviceability

The fan housing is manufactured from galvanized steel with an epoxy coating for a durable finish. Fiberglass sound insulation and the patented sound absorber help manage operating noise, making the unit suitable for locations where ventilation performance and acoustic considerations are both important.

The motor incorporates thermal overload protection, permanently lubricated ball bearings, tropicalization treatment and Class B insulation. It is rated IP44 and operates from a 230V/50Hz supply. The integrated mounting bracket allows the motor and impeller assembly to be removed using quick-release clips, simplifying inspection, servicing and maintenance without requiring the ductwork to be dismantled.

Trade-Friendly Installation

The integrated terminal block is positioned on the fan housing for straightforward electrical connection and has an IP55 rating. The fan’s mounting bracket supports wall or ceiling installation, while its flexible orientation makes it easier to integrate into different duct layouts.

For installation, the ducting should not place mechanical stress on the fan housing, and VBM flexible connections are required. This combination of accessible servicing and flexible mounting helps contractors reduce installation and maintenance time on ventilation projects.
