Description

The Gamma Series centrifugal roof units are designed for commercial ducted exhaust systems. These compact, low-profile units are equipped with bird mesh to block birds and vermin from entering the ducting or building. They come in 12 sizes, ranging from 192mm to 710mm in diameter.

Construction:

UV-stabilized plastic cowls.
Backward-curved centrifugal impellers, available in plastic, steel, or aluminium.
Steel parts have a corrosion-resistant coating.
Bird mesh guards come standard on both downflow and vertical exhaust models.
Motors:

External rotor, squirrel cage induction motor.
Power supply options: 230V single-phase or 415V three-phase, 50Hz.
Sealed-for-life ball bearings.
Speed control via electronic or auto-transformer controllers (except CE316).
Most three-phase models feature 2-speed star/delta motors.
Internal Thermal Protection:

Built-in thermal protection on all motors.
Testing:

Airflow tested according to ISO5801:2007.
Noise levels tested to BS848: Part 2, 1985 standards.
