The Cirlock Universal Moulded Case Circuit Breaker Lockout CIRUCL2 provides a practical way to help prevent unintended energisation during electrical maintenance and isolation procedures. Designed for use with most moulded case circuit breakers, this universal lockout accommodates circuit breaker toggles with a thickness of 5–13mm.

Its versatile design supports 1–4 pole circuit breakers, making it suitable for a range of electrical installations and maintenance applications. The compact device is made from durable plastic and incorporates an 8mm padlock hole for securing the lockout in place with a compatible padlock.

Simple Installation for Maintenance Applications

The CIRUCL2 is designed for straightforward installation without requiring complex tools or procedures. With the circuit breaker in the OFF position, the lockout is clamped onto the circuit breaker toggle. A small screwdriver is then used to tighten the set screw, securing the device to the toggle.

Once installed, a padlock can be placed through the dedicated 8mm hole to prevent access to the adjustment screw and help maintain the isolated position. This provides a visible and physical lockout measure during servicing and maintenance work.
